ACFNY SUPPORTED | PAMELIA STICKNEY ON TOUR
On this US tour, world-renowned American-Austrian Thereminist Pamelia Stickney will perform in Philadelphia, New York, Pittsburgh and more. She will play solo, as well as with inspiring local artists.
“The theremin isn’t an instrument that lends itself to hero-worship, but ever since we saw Pamelia pluck an astonishing walking bass line out of thin air in the documentary Moog, we’ve been genuflecting with reckless abandon. Novelty value aside, [her] gift on her wonky instrument is profound and generous. She’s based in Vienna now, so you won’t want to miss this relatively rare local date.” (TimeOut New York)
