About the Event

Vienna-based Monika Herzig, jazz pianist, composer, and Professor of Artistic Research at the Jam Music Lab Private University in Vienna, leads this powerhouse group of internationally acclaimed female musicians. Celebrating their 10th Anniversary, the group recently released their fourth Album “All In Good Time” (ZOHO) produced by jazz legend Lenny White and supported by Chamber Music America. The album charted for 20 weeks in the JazzWeek Radio Charts and the group was featured at the Detroit Jazz Festival, DC Jazz Festival, Jazzmandu Festival in Nepal, Femina Jazz in Madrid, Porgy & Bess in Vienna, Birdland in New York, among many major festivals and clubs around the world. For this performance, the core quartet will share intricate compositions, masterful arrangements, and fierce improvisations curated with insights into the mission of the group and the musical process.
